ECube Leadership Assessment

ECube Leader

ECube Leadership

The ECube Leadership Assessment helps in measuring the levels of Empathy, Exuberance and Execution traits in you. Plotting it in a three-dimensional graph, shown above, will let us know the kind of leader you are. You could reside in any of the 8 cubes in the ECube framework. You may imagine these cubes as individual rooms stacked in a three-dimensional space.  It would be interesting to know which room you belong to.

Once you enter the password, you will receive a series of statements about behaviours in our work environment. Carefully read each statement and use the following scale to determine how much it applies to you. Select the option that best describes you.  You may not have the opportunity to review your responses.

The purpose of this assessment is to gather accurate information. Respond truthfully, your first thought is possibly the most accurate.
